Steven L. Ruegg
Steven L. Ruegg is a 50% shareholder of Lafayette Capital Group, Inc. and serves as its President. Mr. Ruegg has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1987 and licensed real estate broker since 2004. Prior to co-founding the company in 2003, Mr. Ruegg has garnered a wealth of experience involving local and national real estate markets. He has over 17 years experience with commercial projects, including acquisitions, foreclosures, management responsibilities and real estate sales. In addition to his professional experience, he has utilized his knowledge and certification toward personal entrepreneurial real estate ventures in the hospitality industry, owning and operating the Golden Bear Hotel in Berkeley, California from 1994-2000. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Colorado in Economics and he currently resides in Lafayette, California with his wife, Amy, and their three children.

Lloyd J. Torchio, II
Lloyd J. Torchio is a 50% shareholder of Lafayette Capital Group, Inc. and serves as its corporate Secretary. Mr. Torchio is a licensed real estate sales person and has over 17 years experience working with fixed income, investment management and financing for both Bank of American Corporation and JP Morgan Securities, Inc. During his career at JP Morgan where he served for 12 years working on multi-million dollar transactions, Mr. Torchio was recognized as being one of the top producers working with fixed income assets. Mr. Torchio received a Bachelor of Science degree from U.C. Berkeley in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He currently resides with his wife, Mary, in Lafayette, California with their three children.
